It's been on our heart for many years now to provide a means by which pastors and their leadership teams can connect, receive encouragement, have strategic input relevant to their needs, and grow. We believe that healthy leaders build healthy churches.

Since 2005, we have hosted our annual Empower Conference. We believe that the time is right to facilitate a strategic network of pastors and churches who can share the journey of life and ministry together.

The Winepress Empower Network is here for you. You can be involved to the extent that you are comfortable with. You will benefit from it to the degree you put in.
